Personal Data Protection Policy

O4, Technical Design and Development, d.o.o., Armeško 42, SI-8280 Brestanica (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) commits to protecting the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of website users. The Provider will use collected personal data exclusively to provide the services it offers. The Provider respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of website users and will therefore take all necessary measures to protect them from any violations and abuses. Users’ personal data is one of the areas to which the Provider pays extreme care and attention, as it is aware of the sensitive nature of this area.
Use of Personal Data
For the purposes of providing the services it offers, the Provider collects, manages, processes, and stores a maximum of the following user data:
• name and surname;
• email address;
• phone number;
• other data that the user voluntarily enters into forms on websites;
• other data that the user voluntarily adds subsequently in their profile (if the website allows this functionality).
The Provider is not responsible for the correctness, completeness, and up-to-dateness of the data entered by the users.
Purposes of Personal Data Processing
The Provider will process personal data for the following purposes:
• To communicate with the user regarding submitted inquiries or in case of user questions. For this purpose, the Provider will keep personal data for as long as it is necessary for communication with the customer.
User Rights
The user can request at any time:
• Correction of their personal data by sending a written request to the email address ostir.j@ostir-projects.com.
• Permanent deletion of personal data stored and/or processed by the Provider by sending a written request to the email address ostir.j@ostir-projects.com.
• Export and access to personal data stored and/or processed by the Provider by sending a written request to the email address ostir.j@ostir-projects.com.
Statement on Protecting the Confidentiality of Personal Data and Privacy of Users In accordance with regulations governing the protection of personal data, the Provider is obliged to protect the personal data of website users. Under no circumstances will the Provider forward personal or other user data to third parties or allow a third party to view personal or other user data, except: • Contractual processors who provide support for the controller for the processing of personal data for individual purposes for which consent was given, • If state authorities request it to do so, • If such an obligation is stipulated in the law, • Or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state authorities and for the protection and realization of the legal interests of the Provider.
All personal and other data that the user provides when registering on the website, as well as when placing an order, including the content of the order, will be protected in accordance with regulations governing the protection of personal data. The Provider will not use this data for a purpose that would in any way harm the user or another person involved, except for the purposes that the user explicitly and unequivocally previously allows. The Provider will not use user data to send promotional emails or other unsolicited promotional material. The Provider can use the data in an anonymized summary form for statistical analysis purposes. Confidentiality of personal and other user data will not be violated in any form.
The Provider will only entrust the delivery service (e.g. Pošta Slovenije, DHL, UPS, etc.) with the necessary data for delivery. The Provider will contact the user via email and contact phone number to execute the order.
Implementation of the Privacy Policy
All persons employed full-time or part-time by the Provider who have access to personal and other data of users are aware of the duty to protect personal and other data and are obliged to comply with these provisions on protecting the confidentiality of personal data and privacy of website users. The duty to protect personal and other data applies indefinitely, even after the termination of the relationship with the Provider.
